Connect, where their adult carer would spend 12 hours plus per week, with client (if they are experiencing memory problems) We are a neighborhood based service. You need to contact the social services office in the area you live. Services are for people who are finding it difficult to manage because of: problems associated with getting older; learning disabilities; physical disabilities; mental health problems; older people with mental health problems such as dementia. |
