BSMS regard anyone they see as a whole person with their own concerns and experiences. Treatment available includes detoxification, which can either be done at home with support or as an in-patient, prescribing medication to help stabilise a person’s drug use, either prior to detoxification or as a maintenance dose to help them cut down their drug use; and referral to residential rehabilitation. |
