This mental health trust will provide mental health services for adults in Bolton, Salford and Trafford. The trust provides local health and social care for adults – including alcohol and drugs services; provides secure and specialist services for the North West – and some for the United Kingdom; seeks to ensure real influence by local people and staff; supports joint working between the NHS, social services, local councils, voluntary organisations and the private sector.
