Connexions is the information, advice and personal support service for young people aged 13 to 19. Young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities will receive help until they are 25. Connexions can help with Careers, Education, Employment, Money matters, Health and Leisure, Disability, Accommodation, Relationships, Teenage pregnancy and Parenting, Drugs and alcohol awareness. We also have a listening service this is on a one to one basis with an experienced and professionally qualified counsellor at a time to suit you, based at The GAP Connexions, 327-329 Halliwell Road, Halliwell, Bolton BL1 3PF.
