The Primary Care Mental Health Service (PCMHS) provides psychological therapy for mild to moderate mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress. The service also provides a single point of access for all new non-emergency mental health referrals. This service additionally provides a facility on the ground floor at the 33 Victoria Square site. 33 Victoria Square is an advice and information centre for finding out about psychological wellbeing. For those who have concerns regarding their own, their family’s or friends’ psychological or mental health. Numerous resources are available including reference books, and leaflets. Trained members of staff are available at prearranged times if you wish to speak to someone.
